We are a multi pet household (rabbits, guinea pigs, gerbils etc.) and so it was a worry when we moved away from family having to find someone we trusted to take care of them all when we are away- I was so pleased we came across Lottie! Lottie has experience caring for a wide range of animals which is so reassuring for us where we have ‘exotic’ species. Lottie is so professional and has been really accommodating when some of the animals have required additional care. We even have one of our guinea pigs lives owed to Lottie! when we were away I noticed on camera our disabled guinea pig had somehow managed to flip onto her back, Lottie rushed to her aid on an emergency call out late in the evening and tended to her until she was happily eating and drinking again” Jordan N.
